About Class Action Lawsuits

What is a Class Action Lawsuit?
Basically, class action lawsuits go after big companies with big lawyers for big money. The consumer (us) sees a small amount of this money if one participates in these suits and if the resulting settlement is in our favor.
Most people don’t even know they can participate in these settlements!! Thank goodness you found us at WebFloss.com, cause now you can participate in these class action lawsuits and get your share!
You can participate in most class action lawsuits by submitting forms online or by downloading the required forms and submitting them to the applicable firm. Pretty simple stuff.
You can ONLY participate in the class action lawsuit if you have been DIRECTLY effected. You can not be in a lawsuit for (example) E-Loan.com if you never had a loan through the company. If you try to lie, you will be caught and fined, maybe given some jail time.
Also, ONCE YOU ACCEPT A CLASS ACTION SETTLEMENT you CANNOT file a second claim. By accepting a class action suit, you are saying that you are 100% percent satisfied and can not pursue the matter any further. If you have a pending lawsuit or think you might in the future with any company that has a class action suit against them, do not file a claim!!!
IMPORTANT NOTE: The key word to remember when making a claim on a class action settlement is PATIENCE. Once you make your claim, you still have to wait for the settlement period to end. Once the settlement closes, the judge reviews the case and approves it for payment processing. After that point (typically 3 – 6 months after the settlement closes) all of the claims submitted are formally reviewed by the claims administrator for validity. Once THAT’S done, the payments start going out. The entire process typically takes 1 – 2 years. The wheels of the legal system move slowly, but they DO move, so be patient. You’ll get your payment. It will just take some time.
