The Organic Body Buddy is an all natural Therapeutic compress. It can be used hot or cold. To use it hot, place it in the microwave for 1-2 minutes. It really maintains its heat. I have used other ‘heat sources’ that cool way too soon for my liking. I really like heat, and this was almost too hot for me after 2 minutes. So I will try 1 and ½ minutes next time. ( Please use caution when using children and this product hot )
Although it is great for staying warm and relaxing muscles, I had to deliver dinner to a friend and I used it to transport my lasagna! It kept it warm for the car ride! So it is versatile too!
Organic Body Buddies can also be used frozen. After an overnight stay in my refrigerator it was nice and cold and comfy. It didn’t get stiff like some other products and again, it maintained its temperature for a very long time.
I use cold packs when I have a headache, so I am almost looking forward to a headache to see how Body Buddies works! :lol:
Other products have fragrances added, but when I have a headache smells really bother me, so this will be a refreshing, natural alternative! It is very soft and comfortable! Body Bodies has a large selection of fabric patterns so you can customize your own!
I will keep my Organic Body Buddies in the freezer for future boo-boo’s and bug bites in my family.
