Also, I wanted to share a quick and easy recipe that is a favorite in my family. We call it Swedish meatballs, but it’s more of a mix between that and beef stroganoff.

Ingredients:

- 1lb ground beef
- package of NO YOLKS wide egg noodles
- sour cream
- 4 packets of McCormick brown gravy
- Biscuits of your choice
- Garlic powder, parsley ( salt and/or pepper if you like those )

Now, if you have time you can prepare actually meatballs, but usually I make this when I am in a pinch for time.

All at the same time:

- Start making the gravy BUT omit one half cup of water per packet, instead add 1 cup ( for 4 packets ) of sour cream, then finish the gravy as usual. Let sit to get thick.

- Cook ground beef till brown, then drain. ( I run my ground beef under hot water to offset the sour cream lol )

- Heat a pot of water, when boiling starts, then add egg noodles. Drain at desired tenderness.

- preheat oven and place biscuits in the oven. Remove when done.

Mix all together and serve!

All these steps can be done at once to make prep-table time, under 20 minutes.
