Step 2: Press 3 when it asks you for a selection
Step 3: Tell the customer service rep that a vending machine at (location) ate your money (amount).
Give your address and phone number when asked and you will be mailed 1-2 coupons for a FREE coke.

This is so excellent! I’ve had this happen to me countless time.
Kinda weird that they would do that though. I mean, the vending machines are usually independently owned. So the Coca-Cola company didn’t eat your money…the vending business owner did.
Oh well…as long as it works I’m grateful for the tip.
