where are you located? which kohl’s rejected the coupons?

After a little research, I am going to call this deal DEAD. Congrats to all those that we able to use it! They seem to have been having issues with the photocopies of the coupon. If you have an original, it should be valid. Photocopies ( internet printout etc ) will NO LONGER be accepted.

My family and I used this coupon about 10 times in 2 days during the weekend but when I went back this morning, they said there was no valid name or address for them to use it?? Did they made that up?? Please clear this up for me.
