Jamba Juice Drama

Apparently, Jamba Juice has been accused of plagiarism by this blogger and he is calling for an all out boycott of Jamba Juice.

David Rees claims that Jamba Juice stole his work, Get Your War On, in a new ad campaign.

My question is…. Fair Use, Public Domain, creator remorse or all the above? Is there ground for a lawsuit or is David just mad he missed out on some moola and wants some, understandable, credit?

If I were David, I would copyright future material and just nicely tuck this in my portfolio taking FULL CREDIT, then move on.

As far a Jamba Juice, they have a Buy One, Get One Free printable coupon at the SummerBlissIsBack website that is good until 8/9.
