We’ve all seen them and used them, but what are Dry Erase markers??

When I was provided some Expo Markers for the 2009 Holiday Shopping Guide that was one of my first questions.

After a little research, I am still unsure of exactly HOW they are made and the technology behind them, I came to the conclusion that the special whiteboards combined with the special marker creates this unique writing experience. BUT, I do know that Expo Markers are functional and fun!

How functional? Dustin Wax, wrote an article over at LifeHacker titled: 10+ things to do with Dry Erase markers and specifically names Expo Brand Markers as the best to use from his experience, along with his list of creative ways to use Expo Dry Erase Markers!

The Expo Starter Kit containing: Markers, eraser, cleaner everything you need in one portable case! More specifically, 4 fine-point markers, 8 chisel-tip markers, an 8-ounce bottle of EXPO non-toxic spray-on cleaner and a block-style soft-pile eraser. Low-odor markers are perfect for the classroom or office and write without unpleasant fumes. Fine and chisel tips meet different writing needs. Use fine tip markers for lists of numbers or other small characters. Chisel tips are great for thick, bold lines such as announcements, headlines, etc. Just reach into the kit for the marker you need!

A must have is the Expo Marker Holder! I love to be organized and this holder will assist in organizing and making your Expo Markers easy to get to!

HOT TIP:

If you used dry erase markers that weren’t made by Expo, you might have remnants of old marker lines, to get rid of these and make your whiteboard good as new, use Spot Shot spray cleaner and a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser Pad together they will not only take the ghost marker off, but any permanent marker accidentally used. Let the WD-40(R) Spot Shot(R) Professional Instant Carpet Cleaner soak a bit first.

Alternatively, you can use EXPO Marker Board Towelettes
