Datatelligence is a pretty good survey company. They send you survey invites straight to your email with the compensation and length clearly stated. Datatelligence uses a point system where 100 Points roughly = $1.00. I say roughly, because it’s more closely around 111 = $100, but that’s not exact either. There point system is kinda wonky, but consistent.
Most surveys I receive an invitation for are for 100-500 points. The thing I have noticed is that the 100 point surveys take about 5 minutes, the 200 points surveys take up to 20 minutes while the 500 points surveys can take up to 30 minutes. Now one can easily say, to take the 100 points surveys ONLY and you are essentially saving 10 minutes, but the 100 points surveys don’t come all the time. I do the cash surveys and the 100 point surveys. I know my payout for the 100 point surveys will be longer, but I can be doing surveys for other companies in the meantime and believe me, I am NEVER short of surveys to do from the companies I belong to. I’ve learned you can’t do all the surveys from all the companies, period. The best way is to pick and choose the best rewards vs. the time spent to get the biggest return.
But not all surveys are for just points – I have received $5-$10 (paid in Amazon Gift Codes) survey invites as seen below.
The rewards begin at 111 points = $1 Amazon Gift Card but for 340 points = $3 Amazon Gift Card. So it would make sense to get 3 – $1 rewards if you decided to cash out early. As for me, I wait till I accumulate 1293 points for the $10 Amazon Gift Card.
As far as the rewards, I will give the following warning up front. One of the lower rewards, for around 340 points, are from PlayPhone. Playphone is a service for your cell phone with rates starting at $9.99 per month. I am not sure if you have to be subscribed to the service to use this reward, because I have never tried, but I wanted to make that clear. You can read the fine print for Playphone for yourself.
