Comment Policy

Weblfoss Comment Policy & about ‘dofollow’ / comment and keyword love does anyone even read these things??
Dofollow
I do not use the rel=’nofollow‘ attribute by default on Wordpress. I have added a Dofollow plugin for Wordpress. The ‘dofollow’ attribute allows your link, that you place in a comment on Webfloss, to be followed by search engines.
Webfloss.com is a highly indexed PR 3 blog which can offer great backlink juice for your site. But, me linking to a crappy, unrelated, or spammy site, lowers my link juice and I’m not about to let that happen… In exchange for this, all I ask is to use common sense when leaving a comment on my site :D
I am all about link love. If you have a related blog, you can also add your button to my related sites plugboard – it’s free and no approval is needed!
Eagle Eyes
All comments are monitored. I got my eye on you spammers! If your link/keyword/comment contains any type of prescription name, adult content, or acai weight loss offers – don’t waste your time posting. Once your comment has been approved, your future comments will post in real time and will no longer be held. By default, any comment that contains more then one link is automatically held, regardless if you have made a previously approved comment before or not.
WTF?
We welcome all opinions, but we don’t promote potty mouths, so please keep it as clean as possible. If you do cuss like a sailor, I will most likely have to edit your d*mn comment … :D
General
Comments are always welcome, I appreciate all feedback on my site. You are welcome to take my VERY SHORT demographics survey to help me find new giveaways etc, there is no registration required.
Now, because my readers know how skeptical I am…I am going to show you a FREE tool that will CHECK to see if any blog is using the “nofollow” attribute in their comments. Because anyone can easily say they are or aren’t, but with this tool, you’ll know. This tool is a plugin for the
browser called: SearchStatus. After you install the plugin you’ll have to right click on the little (q) you’ll see, and then a menu will display, check the “Highlight Nofollow Links” and as long as that’s checked, any link that has a ‘nofollow’ attribute attached will be shown! Nice.
